Free delivery service for Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Cyprus starts from - 1500 Euros
Thus we minimize your time and money to organize postage - transport services. We will carefully deliver all your cargo, door to door in the shortest possible time, to any spot of Europe.
Free delivery is applied only to the countries of European Union. Delivery of goods into non-EU countries (except Switzerland) is performed only until the customs port or airport of the relevant country. Delivery price into non-EU countries is asked by request. In case if the customer wants door-to-door delivery, this is agreed upon on the basis of individual request with an additional payment by the customer.
GOODS DELIVERY SERVICES
A buyer can choose the most suitable delivery type in terms of timing and cost:
1. Economy class - Goods will be delivered within 8 - 10 working days.*
2. Express class - Goods will be delivered within 4 - 6 working days.*
* Delivery time is counted from the moment the order is picked up and dispatched from our warehouse. As soon as the order is shipped the client will receive an e-mail notification with all the tracking information of his order. Terms of delivery may change depending on the remoteness of the point of destination.
NB! For all claims of damaged or broken goods, you must make your claim within three (3) working days from the date of delivery. The Company must receive full details and description in written form with attached photos of the damaged goods.
TERMS OF DELIVERY All orders are processed within 2 - 3 working days. After the payment has been deposited in the shop's bank account, the goods will be dispatched. Delivery usually takes from 8 - 10 working days. If the order is very large or bulky, the delivery period may take longer. Please note that orders are not processed, and goods are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
The client has the right to claim compensation for the loss of goods if the goods have not been delivered:
- within 30 days as of the agreed delivery date in the case of international road transport, or if no due date has been agreed separately, within 60 days as of the date the goods were accepted for delivery;
- within 60 days as of the date when the goods should have arrived in the case of other transport.
The client has no right to claim compensation for the total loss of goods if the freight forwarder proves prior to expiry of the terms indicated that the goods were not lost, and could be delivered within a reasonable period.

In order to use this service you should log-in to your personal account on our website and choose - My orders section. Beside of each order, you will find a status name, showing in which stage your order is right now.IMPOSSIBILITY TO FULFILL THE ORDERIf the price of the goods that you had ordered has changed or the product has run out of stock, our SaunaInter customer service will notify the customer of the delay using the contact details indicated in the order. The message will contain information about the reason of the delay and also the new conditions of the delivery for requested products. If the new conditions are not acceptable to the customer, he/she has the right to cancel the order, notifying the SaunaInter customer service about his/her decision. In this case the bonus points will not be added.
