SHIPPING COST AND METHODS

If you are not a registered user and want to place your first order at the SaunaInter on-line shop, after you have chosen the most suitable shipping method please fill in all the fields in the order form (country, city, post code, etc.)

If you are a registered user and have already submitted your address for delivery, just tick the field Use earlier submitted delivery address. After you have filled in the order form, press Calculate the shipping cost button.


If you have filled in all of the fields correctly, the shipping cost for the products you have chosen will automatically be displayed in the Shipping cost field and will automatically be added to the final amount of your order. If you have missed something in the order form or filled in something incorrectly, the corresponding fields will be marked in red.

The shipping cost is automatically displayed next to the price of the products you have purchased, on the first stage of payment of the invoice.

GOODS DELIVERY SERVICES

A buyer can choose the most suitable delivery type in terms of timing and cost:

1. Economy class - Goods will be delivered within 15 - 20 days.
2. Standard class - Goods will be delivered within 7 - 15 days.
3. Express class - Goods will be delivered within 4 - 7 days.
4. Price request - The inquiry will be processed within 1 – 2 working days.*
SaunaInter on-line shop will do its best to offer buyers the most reasonable prices for the delivery of their goods. 

* After you had chosen "Price request" type of delivery, please fill in all your shipping address information and click on the “Proceed to payment” button. After that a confirmation message will appear on the screen, confirming that the order has been accepted and will be processed within the indicated time period (1 - 2 working days). After that you will be able to see the final price in your personal account on our website.

When the price for delivery of requested order has been calculated and set up in your invoice, we will send you an e-mail notification, informing you, that your inquiry has been processed and the best possible shipping price has been set.

To find out the shipping rate and the total sum of your order, you will have to log in to our website, go to your personal profile and choose ”My requests” tab. In ”My requests" section you will find your order and the ”Details” button beside it. By clicking on the ”Details" button you will see all the information relating to your order.


Terms of delivery may change depending on the remoteness of the point of destination.

TERMS OF DELIVERY

All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days. After the payment has been deposited in the shop's bank account, the goods will be dispatched. Delivery usually takes from 10 - 15 working days. If the order is very large or bulky, the delivery period may take longer.

Delivery of goods into non - EU countries (except Switzerland and Norway) is performed only until the customs port or airport of the relevant country. In case the customer wants door-to-door delivery, this is agreed upon on the basis of individual request with additional payment by the customer. Please note that orders are not processed, and goods are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

The client has the right to claim compensation for the loss of goods if the goods have not been delivered:

- within 30 days as of the agreed delivery date in the case of international road transport, or if no due date has been agreed separately, within 60 days as of the date the goods were accepted for delivery;
- within 60 days as of the date when the goods should have arrived in the case of other transport.

The client has no right to claim compensation for the total loss of goods if the freight forwarder proves prior to expiry of the terms indicated that the goods were not lost, and could be delivered within a reasonable period.

ORDER STATUS

Our registered users can follow the status of their orders. In order to use this service you should log-in to your personal account on our website and choose the My orders section. In the list of your orders you will see the Stage box next to each order, in which the stage of the order at the given moment will be displayed.

IMPOSSIBILITY TO FULFILL THE ORDER

If the price of the goods that you had ordered has changed or the product has run out of stock, our SaunaInter customer service will notify the customer of the delay using the contact details indicated in the order. The message will contain information about the reason of the delay and also the new conditions of the delivery for requested products. If the new conditions are not acceptable to the customer, he/she has the right to cancel the order, notifying the SaunaInter customer service about his/her decision. In this case the bonus points will not be added.
