Are the products covered by warranty?
All products purchased at SaunaInter online shop are covered by warranty under the following terms and conditions:
Private persons – 1 year or more, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty;
Legal persons – the warranty period is determined by the manufacturer. As a rule, it is 1 year from the moment of the purchase. However, it can also be from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the manufacturer and the product.
The buyer will be notified of the impossibility to repair or change the goods subject to warranty. Additional information in the "Warranty and Return" section.

Why can my order be cancelled?
If some part of your order or the entire order is cancelled, we will send you a notification message by e-mail, indicating the reason for cancellation.
Your order can be cancelled because of the following reasons:
We haven’t received payment:
If you have chosen Offline payment upon placing the order, you will have to transfer the amount of the order to our bank account within 14 working days as of the day of placing the order. Your order will be cancelled if you haven’t transferred the money to our bank account within 14 working days. If you have paid for the order but the money hasn’t arrived in our bank account within the indicated time period, please send a message to our Customer service.
You have submitted incorrect order parameters
Incorrect order parameters can cause the cancellation of your order, e.g., if you have submitted an incorrect address or name of the recipient and we couldn’t get in touch with you for the clarification of these parameters.

What should I do if the delivered product is damaged or broken?
Before accepting the product, we urge you to check the condition of the product in the presence of the transport agent who has delivered the product to you. If the product is damaged or broken, make a note in the transportation documents and inform the transportation company about it. Besides, take a photo of the damaged/broken product and the original package it has been delivered in. After that, send us the photos and tell us about a problem. Then we will contact the transportation company and send it your photos, so that they could compensate for the damage and we could send you new products.

Are the products covered by warranty and how can I use it?
All our products are covered by the factory warranty + the warranty of our store. The term of the factory warranty is marked on each product with a separate sign indicating the term, i.e. the number of years within which the factory warranty is valid. If some product you purchased from our store gets broken or damaged not through your fault, please contact us and tell us:
1. Order number
2. Name of the damaged/broken product
3. Description of the breakage
4. Surname, name
After we have processed the data you provided us with, we will make a decision on whether the breakage is covered by the warranty or not. In case of the positive answer, we will ask you to send us the product at your expense, and we will either fix it or send you a new product for free.
