Aluminum foil is a strong vapor barrier. It is used as an internal vapor barrier of wet rooms, to prevent the penetration of water vapor into the structure and insulation layers. The material is fixed in the direction of the carcass racks with fixing brackets or nails. To ensure even greater impermeability, must be sealed with an aluminum adhesive tape.
