Bergamot - has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and antibacterial properties. Is also used to normalize the secretion of sweat glands, providing a narrowing effect on the skin pores. In combination with heated air in a steam room or hot bath, it enhances its effect, facilitating breathing and beneficial effect on the skin.
Ingredients: 100% natural essential oil.
Storage: at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° С and humidity not exceeding 80%.

Methods of application:
- For application on sauna benches, walls or floors
- For bath (6-7 drops, when mixed with other oils, especially those that can cause irritating effect: 1-3 drops)
- For massage (1-6 drops, when mixed with base oil 1-3 drops per 2 tablespoons of oil)
