EU Trade policies

1. International Trade Terms

Our export and import activities fully comply with the regulations and standards set by the European Union's legislation. We follow the key principles outlined in Regulation (EU) No 952/2013, which lays the foundation for the EU Customs Code. This ensures transparent trade procedures both within the EU and in export operations. In trade with third countries, special tariffs and quotas established by international agreements and treaties of the EU may apply.

2. Taxation and VAT

Sales of goods within the European Union are subject to taxation under the Directive 2006/112/EC on VAT. Different VAT rates may apply depending on the buyer's country of destination and company status. For goods exported outside the EU, VAT is not charged, although import taxes may apply in the recipient country. We operate in strict compliance with EU tax regulations and provide all necessary information about tax obligations in international trade.

3. Shipping Rules and Customs Duties

Goods shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties depending on the category of goods and the country of destination. We adhere to the regulations outlined in Regulation (EU) No 1186/2009, which governs customs exemptions. When processing international orders, we provide accurate calculations of possible duties and fees. All customs duties are borne by the buyer in accordance with the laws of the destination country. We work with trusted logistics companies to ensure reliable and timely delivery.

4. Consumer Protection

We comply with all consumer protection norms and standards established in the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, which regulates online commerce. Under EU law, buyers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without any reason and to receive a full refund of the purchase price in accordance with the return conditions. We guarantee transparent and fair trade conditions as well as support for our customers at every stage of the purchase and return process.
