RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY

We value our customers and are always ready to help you via chat, phone or email. If a product is delivered to you with damage or poor quality, we guarantee the possibility of an exchange or refund.
All products on our website have the necessary certificates and licenses that comply with EU legislation.

Standard warranty conditions:

1. The warranty period depends on the type of product and can range from 1 month to 24 months.
2. The guarantee applies to:

* Sauna heaters /electric and wood stoves/
* Electric steam generators.
* Control panels for saunas and associated electrical devices.
* Electrical equipment for infrared saunas.
* Doors for saunas.
* Chimneys and their components.
* Prefabricated saunas.

3. The warranty does not apply to components that are considered consumables and wear out quickly / electric lamps and shades /
4. Activation of the guarantee begins on the date of receipt of the goods.
5. The service guarantee does not apply to goods with opening marks, mechanical damage and goods repaired in other service centers.
6. Legal entities are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. Typically this is 1 year from the date of purchase, but can range from 3 months to 1 year depending on the product and manufacturer. When purchasing a product, a legal entity sees the same warranty period on the product as the end consumer.

When can you return an item:

1. If you would like to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by completing a returns request
2. After notification, you have 14 days to return the product if you are not satisfied with it or do not like it. Send it to our warehouse address: Lubiliiva 12/1, Tallinn, 11216 Estonia, Intercom Group
3. Your money will be refunded within 14 days after the item is received and inspected in our warehouse.
4. In the case of wholesale trade and the provision of wholesale prices, the delivery of spare parts and goods is at the buyer's expense.

Conditions for returning goods:

If you don't like the product or it doesn't fit, you can return it, but only if:
1. The product is unused.
2. You do not have any programs installed or activated (if it is a device).
3. The item will remain in the condition in which you received it.
4. The original packaging is present and undamaged.
5. The product complies with consumer characteristics and has not expired.
6. If the product consists of several parts, all components must be returned.
7. The serial number or other important information necessary for identification must not be removed from the product or packaging.

Additional guarantee for private customers of SAUNAINTER


3 year guarantee
We trust in the quality of our partners' goods and extend their factory warranty by 2 years + 1 year.

5 year guarantee (This service is paid, and 10% is added to the cost of the product.)
Now our private customers can purchase an additional PREMIUM guarantee + 2 years. The PREMIUM guarantee only applies under certain conditions:

* For electric and wood stoves, if the customer replaces the bricks once a year according to the appliance instructions.
* For chimneys, if the customer cleans them once a year according to the device instructions.
* For steam generators, if the customer has carried out maintenance at least once a year in accordance with the device instructions.
* For wooden materials, if the customer treats them with a protective agent at least once a year.
* For electrical equipment if the customer has installed and maintained it in accordance with the equipment instructions.
* The warranty does not apply to components that are considered consumables and are subject to wear. / electric lamps and shades /
* In order to carry out warranty repairs, you must keep the receipt you received when purchasing the product and the receipts for the costs incurred under the terms of the warranty throughout the warranty period.
