What is a shopping cart and how can I use it?
A shopping cart is a place where you put the products you want to buy. In order to make a purchase, you need to add all the products that you wish to purchase at our store to the cart. After entering the cart, you can see the entire list of the products you want to buy and their price, mark the quantity of each product, calculate the delivery price, and make a discount or price enquiry if the price for the product hasn’t been indicated.

If the price for the product isn’t indicated or you can’t see it, what should you do?
Please press on the red sign saying “Lowest price, click here” opposite the product. Fill in the form by entering your name and e-mail address. After that, you will be sent a letter with the price for this product and the code you can use to purchase it.

How can I get an additional discount for my order?
To get an additional discount for your order, please add all the products you want to buy into the cart and enter it. In the cart you will see an orange strip that will inform you about the missing amount required for qualifying for an additional discount. If you want to buy the products for over 499 EUR, in your cart you will see an additional button saying „Ask for a discount“. Please press it, enter your delivery address, and then press „Complete the enquiry“. The sales department wil process your order and include a possible discount into your invoice. After that, you will be sent a message saying that you have been offered a discounted price and you can pay for your order. To pay for the order, you need to enter our website, go to your personal space, and choose the „My enquiries“ section. You will see your order there, and you will be able to pay for it.

Where can I see the price for delivery?
Add all the products you would like to purchase at our store to the cart and enter the cart. In the cart, you will be able to choose the method of delivery and the country you want the products to be delivered to. Then press the “Calculate” button and you will see the total amount of your order and the delivery price.

How can I get free delivery?
In order to get free delivery, please add all the products you want to buy into the cart and enter the cart. In the cart, you will see a golden strip that will inform you about the missing amount required for qualifying for free delivery. You can get free delivery if the amount of your order exceeds 999 EUR. Free delivery is always sent by economy class. If you want your products to be delivered faster, you can choose standard or express class delivery and pay for them.

After you have placed the order we will send you an e-mail, confirming that the order has been accepted. In addition, we will provide you with updates concerning changes in the status of your order by e-mail.
Please note that SaunaInter doesn’t bear any responsibility for the work of post servers and anti-spam filters. This is why if you haven’t received an e-mail from us due to some reasons, you can always find the information about the status of your order in your personal space at our website under the My orders section. In order to get access to this section you need to enter your username and password.
Thus, you can view the following statuses of your order:
• Placed
• In Process
• Paid
• Shipped
• Cancelled
• Refunded
• Requested – the delivery price enquiry has been placed
• Responded – the answer to the delivery price enquiry has been provided

How will the delivery of the products I purchased take place?
You will be able to choose between 2 methods of delivery.
A buyer can choose the most suitable delivery type in terms of timing and cost:
1. Standard class - Goods will be delivered within 10 - 16 working days.
2. Express class - Goods will be delivered within 5 - 7 working days.
SaunaInter online shop will do its best to offer to buyers the most reasonable prices for the delivery of their goods. Terms of delivery may change depending on the remoteness of the point of destination. Additional information can be found in "Shipping Information" section.

Are the products covered by warranty?
All products purchased at SaunaInter online shop are covered by warranty under the following terms and conditions:
Private persons – 1 year or more, depending on the manufacturer’s warranty;
Legal persons – the warranty period is determined by the manufacturer. As a rule, it is 1 year from the moment of the purchase. However, it can also be from 3 months to 1 year, depending on the manufacturer and the product.
The buyer will be notified of the impossibility to repair or change the goods subject to warranty. Additional information in the "Warranty and Return" section.

Why can my order be cancelled?
If some part of your order or the entire order is cancelled, we will send you a notification message by e-mail, indicating the reason for cancellation.
Your order can be cancelled because of the following reasons:
We haven’t received payment:
If you have chosen Offline payment upon placing the order, you will have to transfer the amount of the order to our bank account within 14 working days as of the day of placing the order. Your order will be cancelled if you haven’t transferred the money to our bank account within 14 working days. If you have paid for the order but the money hasn’t arrived in our bank account within the indicated time period, please send a message to our Customer service.
You have submitted incorrect order parameters
Incorrect order parameters can cause the cancellation of your order, e.g., if you have submitted an incorrect address or name of the recipient and we couldn’t get in touch with you for the clarification of these parameters.

Search is a system within the website which can help you to look for the product you want to find on our website more quickly and conveniently. The search box is on the left-hand side of the website above the product catalogue. To use the search option, just enter the name of the product or a model that you are looking for into the search box and press the “Search” button.

Extended search is a system within the website that helps you to look for products on our website in a more detailed and faster way. To use the extended search option, press the “Search” button on the main page or on the “Extended search” button on the left-hand side of the website above the product catalogue. After that, choose the section in which you want to look for a product, mark the required product criteria, and press the “Search” button. It is easy to use the search option: just enter the name of the product or a model you are looking for into the search box and press the “Search” button.

What are „Accompanying products“?
Each product has a detailed view of „Accompanying products“. This section contains the products that match the product you are viewing at the moment or can be purchased together with it.

How can I compare products?
In order to compare products, you should add a product into the list of comparisons. Each product has two buttons: “Add to comparison list” and “Compare”. To compare products, you should add 2 or more products to the list of comparisons. After that, you should press the “Compare” button under any of the products.

What is the difference between a private customer and a corporate customer?
Private customers buy goods with tax, and their orders are delivered to a physical address. Corporate customers can buy products without tax, and their orders are delivered to a legal address.

How can I become your dealer or wholesale buyer?
In order to become our dealer or wholesale buyer, you need to fill in the „Wholesale buyer form“ and let us know the type of the products you are interested in, the models and brands you would like to purchase from us, the planned volumes of your orders, the frequency of the orders, and so on. All those aspects will define the special price we will be able to offer your as well as cooperation opportunities.
